Well stated, Franziska.

I understand what you’re saying about masculinity. It’s more than just saying and doing what you think she wants. It’s about being honest with yourself and present with her, reading her to find out what she needs because she doesn’t always know, or at least know why. That can be frustrating for her.

Thank you for bringing your insights as a woman, to this conversation, and thank you for sharing it in English, as well.

The beautiful thing is, that a man in his power is what she needs. So both are served.

Thank you for reading (both?).

Are you German?

yes...lead the way. Just remember ...one can't lead to where one hasn't been.

is this really true?

not completely, but it is functionally true. One could lead the first mission to Mars right...no one's ever been. I call that quasi leadership...like the blind leading the blind. Likewise, one can't say, lead someone to sobriety, if they themselves haven't been there themselves; Or you can't lead someone to financial independence....if you haven't already made the journey.

I believe some folks conflate follower ship with leadership .

I really need to think if this is true because I don´t think so but can´t wrap it up yet. Thank you for the impulse!
